 Couplings
Düker provides couplings for all applications of cast
iron sewage pipes.
For the right choice please consider - apart from the available
nominal diameters - the aggressiveness of the waste water
(selection of the right elastomere: standard EPDM, special
version NBR), the aggressiveness of the surroundings (selection
of the right metal) as well as the expected interior pressure
and fixing. If a higher interior pressure is to be expected
- e.g. in the backwash area, near waste water pumps, or in
high vertical pipe conducts without exits - the tightness
must be assured. This is to be done either with axial-force
resistant couplings (click
here see table) or by other means that can take axial
forces, such as claws (click
here to see table), anchorage or similar.
